Pour the Inoiv Skin Micellar Water generously onto a cotton pad and use it to cleanse your face and décolleté! You do not have to wash off the micellar water after use. To prepare for your daily facial care, leave the water on for two minutes. If you used heavy-covering makeup, you may need two cotton pads.
